Since I was a kid I always took things apart to see
how they work. Back then people called this "breaking
things", because usually after that they didn't
work anymore :-) Now that I have a bit more experience
things tend to still work even after I've messed around
with them and sometimes they even improve in the process.
This is what some people call "hacking". Here
it has nothing to do with breaking into other computers
but is more in the sense of reverse-engineering, often
doing things that are not meant to be done or finding
out stuff that manufacturers don't tell anybody. I think
you get the idea.
Once in a while I do stuff that might be interesting
to the general public and that's why I have added this
